Through our virtual / online one-on-one caregiver education sessions, you will meet regularly with an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will provide you with a framework of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and how it can be used to support your loved one's current and future needs.
All appointments will be held online, over a HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform and can range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, less or more, depending on your schedule and needs, giving you the opportunity to fit us into your busy schedule. Together, with your assigned Behavior Analyst, you will develop evidence based ABA procedures and strategies to address areas of concern, monitor progress and gain knowledge and skills that can be generalized to new behaviors, skill deficits and concerns that may arise in the future. In addition to targeting specific areas of need, your Behavior Analyst will provide training on the principles of ABA and how they can be applied to everyday life as well as your and future expectations. The purpose of this focus will be to provide you with the foundational knowledge and skill level to ensure you are able to support your loved one for years to come.
My child is on the waitlist for our preferred provider
Our programs are a great option for those without a diagnosis qualifying them for ABA treatment, as well as those awaiting a formal diagnosis or who are waitlisted with the provider of their choice and are looking for support to fill in this gap. If you intend to obtain insurance coverage for our services, we will work with your insurance company to ensure that enrollment in our program will not hinder to slow the process of obtaining the more intensive services needed.
We already completed a direct treatment program but new concerns are arising
If you have already completed an ABA treatment program, or dont feel one is necessary, but would like additional support, we are happy to provide a refresher in ABA, start from the beginning, or dive into your immediate needs and concerns. If we feel that a return to direct treatment is the best approach we will let you know and will be happy to stay on board until you are able to obtain more intensive services.
What if more intensive services are recommended or needed?
A virtual caregiver education model may not be the best fit for everyone. Very often, severity of diagnoses and the impact a diagnosis has on an individual may require more intensive services such as direct treatment in a clinic setting or via home based services. Our programs are not intended to be an alternative to direct treatment and are best used either as an introduction to ABA while an individual is awaiting the start of direct treatment, as a step down and transitional service as an individual graduates from more intensive treatment, or for individuals who do not need or qualify for more intensive services.
Because this model is not always the right fit for everyone, we invite you to attend a free 15 minute introductory meeting with one of our Behavior Analysts to discuss your needs and determine if our caregiver educator program is the right fit for you and your loved one. We look forward to meeting you!
We offer free 15 minute virtual introductory sessions. This will give you an opportunity to get to know us, ask questions about our programs, and determine if this treatment model is the right fit for your loved one and family.
Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
